Description: The NCY scooter steering stem/triple tree will add some stability, flash, and amazing quality to match your NCY front end disc conversion for the Honda Ruckus (will also work with Metropolitan with disc conversion front end). Also, available in chrome.

NOTE: Metropolitan requires mild modification to the fender.
