SSP-G Valve Spring Assembly Set 180cc 2V 27.75/22.8 (GY6)

Description: SSP-G Valve Spring Assembly Set 180cc 2V 27.75mm Intake and 22.8mm Exhaust for upgrade GY6 125/150cc 4-stroke. Require SSP-G 63mm Cylinder Head 2-Valve. This cylinder Valve Set fits SSP-G Cylinder Head 63mm 2V (Part# 169-205) for GY6 180-205cc engines (scooters, quads, and buggies). Also, a replacement cylinder Valve Set for the Polaris RZR 170. Includes intake valve, exhaust valve, inner and outer valve spring set, valve seals, valve keepers, and valve retainers.

NOTE: Not for use with Non-SSP-G Cylinder Head 63mm 180cc Power Kit. Use a feeler gauge to check the gap and assure a fair gauge grip at 0.004 for the intake-valve-to-tappet and .005 for exhaust-valve-to-tappet. For reassurance please consult your manufacturer's cylinder valve adjustments.
